How it works
What you’ll find on each peptide page and where it comes from.
- 1We find what experts actually saidWe look for public statements by well-known practitioners and educators: videos, podcasts and articles where they describe a dose, how often, how long or how it is taken.
- 2We check every wordEach quote is checked against the original. Spoken quotes come from transcripts: we add punctuation only and mark any cut with […]. We keep the speaker’s own caveats, and we label it clearly when someone describes their own use.
- 3We link to the exact momentEvery card links to the source, usually the exact second in the video, so you can hear it in context.
- 4We add the research as contextUnder “What the research used” we list what published studies gave and found, with PubMed links. This is context, not a guide.
Reading a dosing card
The coloured chips (Dose, How often, How long, How taken) repeat the expert’s exact words. “Not stated” means the person didn’t say it; we never fill the gap ourselves.
How well studied in people
- Approved medicineApproved as a medicine somewhere for at least one use.
- Tested in clinical trialsTested in controlled trials in people, but not approved for this use.
- Small human studiesOnly small or uncontrolled studies in people so far.
- Animal & lab onlyStudied in animals or cells; little or no published human data.
Levels describe the published human evidence in general, not for any particular dose.
What we don’t do
- We don’t write our own doses or recommend any dose.
- We don’t sell peptides.
- We don’t give medical advice. Talk to a qualified clinician before using any compound.
