Gut stack

Dose
“500 to 1,000 micrograms”
How often
“daily”
How long
“cycle off after 8 to 10 weeks”
When
“add this in weeks 3 to 4”

“Next up is KPV. KPV is going to target the gut inflammation at the immune level. Now, if you're dealing with severe bloating, IBS-like symptoms, eczema, or food tolerances, this shuts down that inflammatory cascade. You're going to add this in weeks 3 to 4. 500 to 1,000 micrograms daily. You're going to cycle off after 8 to 10 weeks once the inflammation normalizes.”

Timing around meals

“Proper timing, especially around meals, is crucial for peptides like GHK-Cu, KPV, and TB4. Consuming high-protein meals can reduce the effectiveness of most peptides, so scheduling their use strategically ensures optimal absorption and results.”

What it is

“now kpv is a tiny tripeptide fraction of alpha mesite stimulating hormone. It has more anti-inflammatory effects actually than the whole peptide, but it actually does not stimulate, um, the banocy, so you don't get the darkening of the skin, which is good, plus it's small so it can absorb orally, can cross the blood bra barrier”

Context: Captions: “alpha mesite” is alpha-melanocyte, “banocy” melanocytes, “blood bra barrier” blood-brain barrier. Oral absorption in people has not been shown in trials; the oral data we found are in mice.

What the research used

Context, not a dosing guide. The KPV studies we could verify are in cells and mice with colitis, with KPV given in drinking water or nanoparticles. No human trial was found, so none of this establishes a dose.

Animal and cell studies

What we don’t know yet
  • No human trials found.
  • Animal studies gave KPV orally, not by injection.
  • Grey-market products are unregulated, so identity, purity and dose accuracy vary.
Common questions

Can KPV be taken orally?

Dr Kent Holtorf says it can be absorbed orally. The oral evidence we found is in mice only.

Does KPV darken the skin like melanotan?

Dr Kent Holtorf says it does not stimulate the pigment cells. We found no human study testing this.

Why does the protocol section only contain quotes?

We do not write our own dose ranges. The protocol cards show, word for word, what named people have publicly said, with their caveats and a link to the source.
